Overview
Community Health Technologies is redefining how pharma reaches healthcare audiences.
I joined as the sole designer and built the platform from the ground up. I designed every screen in Figma and shipped the frontend with Cursor, Next.js, and AWS. Partnering with one engineer, we replaced a fully analog workflow of emails and Zoom calls with an automated, data-driven content platform.
Designing the future of healthcare education with no roadmap to follow
No precedent for this platform
There was no real precedent for a platform that lets doctors and healthcare professionals consume medical education the way CHT envisioned. Traditional CME platforms and conference tools don’t match how HCPs engage with content in daily workflows, so I designed the experience from first principles and translated product strategy into clear, usable screens.

The business ran on email and Zoom
Before the platform, every interaction between pharma companies, HCPs, and content was coordinated manually through email threads, calendar invites, and Zoom recordings. There was no data layer, no analytics, and no scalable way to understand performance. I shaped a system that could host content, automate the core workflows, and make engagement measurable.

Designed for how doctors actually find information
Instead of guessing at information architecture, I designed around real HCP behaviors. Doctors don’t browse; they search by biomarker, condition, and treatment. I organized the platform around biomarker playlists and curated series so physicians can quickly find what they need, the same way they think about patient care.

Built a visual system that scales
To make the product feel credible and easy to use, I defined the visual system while the UI was being built. The result is a clean, clinical aesthetic that balances authority with clarity, anchored by a strong navigation and a content-forward layout that works across dashboards, libraries, and detail views.

Turned manual workflows into a measurable platform
Behind the HCP-facing experience is an internal admin dashboard where CHT runs day-to-day operations: content libraries, webinar and survey programs, uploads, and scheduling. I designed these tools so admins get a single, consistent surface for publishing and governance—backed by analytics on views, active users, and engagement instead of one-off spreadsheets and inbox threads.

Fully Automated
